So You Think You Can Dance Results 2013

Twelve So You Think You Can Dance contestants competed Tuesday night for a position in the top 10, a benchmark that also means inclusion in the national tour that follows the finale later this summer. Woodbridge dancer Nico Greetham is among the contestants.

So You Think You Can Dance has young dancers from various genres competing to be America's favorite dancer. Each week, viewers vote on their favorites. The judges then select two of the bottom six dancers for elimination.

Greetham was among the bottom six contestants, but the judges gave him an early pass to next week's top 10, along with Jenna Johnson.

The four contestants facing elimination were Alan Bersten, Amy Yakima, Tucker Knox and Malece Miller. Bersten and Miller were eliminated at the end of the show.

For the most part, Greetham has received strong marks from the judges, including last week's contemporary routine from Emmy-nominated Sonya Tayeh and a standing ovation for this week's Broadway number.

"Nico, you grow every week," said producer and judge Nigel Lythgoe. "Really, top marks."
